Acceptance of “Refund Policy”
The time required to process your refund depends on the refund type and the payment method used.
It typically takes 7 to 10 working days for the refund to be completed.
The refund period/process starts when “Fruitlandbd” processes your refund as per your refund type.
The refund amount covers the product price and shipping fees for your returned fruit items or gift baskets.
Type Of Refunds
Refunds from Returns: Refunds are processed after your item is returned to the warehouse and quality control (QC) is completed.
Refunds from Canceled Orders: Refunds are automatically initiated once the order cancellation is successfully processed.
The refund process for failed deliveries starts once the returned item reaches the seller. Please note that it may take longer depending on the area of your shipping address across Bangladesh.
Return Conditions
Due to the perishable nature of fresh and seasonal fruits, products must be inspected immediately upon delivery, remain undamaged, and be free of defects.
Products must be returned in their original and undamaged packaging or box. If the product or fruit basket is supplied in Fruitlandbd’s specialized packaging/box, the same packaging/box should be returned.
Do not place tape or stickers directly on the original manufacturer’s packaging or custom box.
It is important to mention your order number and return tracking number on your return package to avoid any inconvenience or delay in your return process.
While handing over your package to the drop-off station or pickup agent, please collect the “Fruitlandbd” Return Acknowledgment Form and retain it for future reference.
